Extensive Pulmonary Metastases of Intracranial Anaplastic Meningioma: Case Report

Most meningiomas are benign; however anaplastic usually highly invasive and grow rapidly. These tumors can metastases outside the blood-brain barrier occurring to lungs. We present an unusual case of multiple pulmonary from recurrent intracranial meningioma in a 59-year-old male patient. Multiple very rare, but we should be aware this possibility patients with malignant especially, potential predictive factors include meningioma, venous sinus invasion, recurrence or previous surgery, loss heterozygosity.
